UFC 230 as a whole is a huge event, with the main card filled to the brim with exciting matches. The main card is dominated by fights set up between middleweights, with only the main event being even slightly different. The entire event has been subject to a lot of change in the buildup. Originally, the likes of Nate Diaz and Dustin Poirier were supposed to square off as the co-main event, but that fight was scrapped after Poirier had to pull out due to an injury....

Tyron Woodley vs Kamaru Usman Starting with the Woodley vs Usman welterweight clash, Kamaru Usman was looking to be the first African UFC Champion. Hailing from Nigeria, Usman has previously spoken about his hard life living in poverty. The bookies however all but dismissed Usman’s chances against one of the all-time greats in Tyron Woodley. Woodley came in as a -175 favorite pre-fight, whereas Usman came in at +145. I personally thought Woodley would make easy work of Usman....

Jones scored a unanimous decision with scores of 48-47 48-47 and 49-46 at the Toyota Center in Houston, but many fans and pundits argued Reyes could have rightly been awarded the win. Glover Teixeira shocked the MMA world with a second-round submission of Jan Blachowicz in the main event of UFC 267 in Abu Dhabi. Teixeira became the second-oldest champion in UFC history with a stunning performance that was grapple-heavy and neutralized Blachowicz’s lauded striking from the outset. After an opening round that saw him plant Blachowicz on his back for four minutes and work his opponent over with grappling, the Brazilian knew where the fight needed to stay....

According to Ubisoft, the development of Skull & Bones needs a bit more time than previously insinuated. The development team says that it’s putting “quality first” and that additional time is “needed to make Skull & Bones as awesome as it can be.” Due to the delay, Skull & Bones also won’t be shown by Ubisoft during E3, as the company shifts its marketing focus towards other projects nearer to release....

Luigi Del Neri’s men came into the match in poor shape themselves having lost each of their last three league games, but Milan were unable to capitalise on their second-half superiority, as Udinese joined Napoli and Juventus in beating Vincenzo Montella’s charges in just over a week. Milan looked like a side eager to bounce back from those disappointing results during the early exchanges and their focused start culminated in Giacomo Bonaventura breaking the deadlock early in the first half....

We all remember the fashion in which Borussia Dortmund marched into the final in May with a swaggering style of play. It took the whole of Europe somewhat by surprise.
