Round 1: Whittaker came right at Hall with a couple shots that backed Hall up. Out of nowhere, the Australian blasted Hall with a superman punch. Hall tried to keep Whittaker away from him by using push kicks. Whittaker secured a takedown and landed hard shots inside Hall’s guard. Hall tried to get up but Whittaker landed a of couple vicious elbows. Hall tried to get up but Whittaker quickly got Hall’s back. He tried for a rear-naked choke but was unsuccessful as Hall popped his hips and got into mount. He landed some punches on Whittaker as the round came to a close.

Round 2: Hall came out trying to be aggressive. Whittaker wasn’t having it and landing a combination. Hall continued to be aggressive, scoring hard leg kicks. Whittaker’s nose was busted open and started breathing out of his mouth.
Round 3: Both fighters came right out swinging for the fences. Whittaker landed a hard right that wobbled Hall. Knowing he needed a finish, Hall connected on a series of high and front kicks. Whittaker showed a lot of heart connecting on a combination. Both stood in the middle of the Octagon trading shots. Whittaker landed a quick takedown but Hall got up to end the fight.
